If you are unhappy with your order for any reason or changed your mind and would like to return your order/products please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll get back to as soon as possible (usually within 24h during week days).
We accept returns within 28 days of receipt date. Product/s must be unused, unopened and undamaged. Please note you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning your order/item; unless it is faulty or damaged.
We issue refunds within 7 working days from the receipt date. We advise to ship returns using tracking service, as we're unable to refund the parcels without proof of postage in cases we haven't received them .
Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to offer refund or exchange on some of the products (e.g. Cloth Sanitary Pads, Menstrual Cups, Feminine Hygiene items , Toothbrushes, Deodorants, Toothpaste) ; therefore please kindly contact us before returning your items/order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order has arrived faulty or damaged, or incorrect item has been sent, please kindly contact us asap, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send a photograph of the damaged product/s and the description. This will enable us to assist you further and send the replacement asap.
Orders that haven’t been called for, refused, or have an incorrect address will be refunded excluding the original postage cost.
